i use shimano discs. the wear you see is from my single speed jump bike, which has horizontal drops.
the pad contact is fine. the drops are properly made and the mounts are set up right.
i just spend all my csh on frames and suspension, so i have to be frugal when i get new brakes and stuff.
plus a little wear on a brake rotor makes it work better right?

the thing about that whole line is that you hav to just let off the brakes and let the bike do its thing all the way through from the first water fall all the way into the trees. it sure is fun, once you let off the brakes and just feel it at speed!

well, yeah, and that sundeck thing was the least of my worries, just trying to DIAL in that rock jump....
but i gotta say that i am feling skibolw right now.....

there is the side of the dip after the stupid bridge thing, and then there weres ome jumps in the swamp that helped alot, and the one that got me was the jump around the last coner back into the lower course. i think its saves a second or two, and thats how much i lost first by....... thats sundays for ya!
i am hyped to be on the pro courses this year and holding like 8th overall..... not bad for a second season go in for it.....
if you ever ride around here, holla at me and we can rip some bowl or hit post....

i was so stoked to get it, and I loaded my ipod with slayer and just had an amazing run all full tilt, but i missed a secret shortcut ,and ended up second. th number plate might come out for some photo shoots or practice runs though....

that bike was the biggest i've ever ridden/owned, and i liked it, but i hate road bikes and am going to stick with mtb from now on. my next whip is going to be a rigid 29er, to replace this bike.....

its pretty rad. but id say its a little twitchy at speed. the geo is closer to my jump hardtail than my bottlerocket was.....
so while i chose the konig over an sx, or sx trail, i didnt pick it as an aggressive trial bike primarily, but a freestyle jump bike, that could hit trails ok.....
i like it. it rips, and it pedals really good too. just kinda small and snappy, but i used to ride a hardtail everywhere....
